The Greater Nebbi University Students Development Association (NUSDA) proudly launched its 2025 School Visit and Community Outreach Program on Sunday, 8th June 2025, with a spiritually uplifting moment, animating the first Mass at Nebbi Catholic Cathedral. The main celebrant blessed the initiative, commending university students for setting a positive example for the younger generation and demonstrating values of faith, leadership, and community service. Radio Talk show were also organized for publicity of the communities.

The school visits officially kicked off on Tuesday, 10th June 2025, with district teams from Nebbi, Zombo, and Pakwach being flagged off by their respective District Education Officers (DEOs). The DEO of Nebbi particularly emphasized the importance of mentorship and student motivation, pledging ongoing support for such youth-led initiatives.

During the school visits, university students engaged learners on real-life issues affecting their education and wellbeing. Topics included:

  • Teenage Pregnancy & School Dropouts
  • Healthy Relationships
  • Mental Health Awareness
  • Scholarship Opportunities
  • Personal Discipline, Focus & Prayer
  • Speakers shared powerful personal testimonies, creating relatable and motivating experiences for the students.

The outreach concluded with market cleaning exercises on Saturday, 14th June 2025, in both Nebbi and Pakwach markets — a symbol of our commitment to a clean and healthy environment.

The program wrapped up with a spirited friendly football match between NUSDA FC and Pacer Lion Gage FC, where NUSDA emerged victorious with a 2–1 win.
